All sales are final. Returns are offered only for damaged or defective items. We must be alerted of the damages within 5 days of receiving the item. Damaged or defective items must be unworn and unwashed. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please take a picture of the damages and email us within 5 days of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When we receive your email, we will investigate the issue and once resolved will send you a return label via email. Once the item is received, we will ship the same item in exchange or issue a refund if you prefer. If you would rather receive a refund, please include that request in the email that you send us.
At this time, THE PRIVATE CLINIC does not process exchanges or returns for any other reasons. Only returns for damaged or defective items will be authorized.
